About
About Serenity Farmhouse
The magazine exists for one reason: farm weddings are planned against a calendar, and most advice ignores the calendar.

Serenity Farmhouse is an independent online magazine about farmhouse weddings and venue stays. It covers the full arc of planning at farm properties: how barn ceremonies are laid out, how venue contracts are read, what each season does to decor and timelines, where the money goes and how photographers work in these rooms. The magazine is organized in six gates, from Weddings to the Journal, with a standing signature resource, the seasonal venue checklist, at the center.
What the magazine believes
Three convictions shape every page. First, the season is the plan: light, weather and price all follow the month, so the date is the first decision, not the last. Second, tradeoffs should be stated: every season, venue and budget choice gives something up, and pages that hide the cost are advertising, not journalism. Third, memory beats production: what guests keep from a wedding, warmth, food, pace and time with the couple, deserves the budget's respect more than anything disposable, an argument made plainly in the journal note on what wedding guests actually remember.
How it is written
Articles are written and revised by the newsroom as planning frameworks: checklists, question lists, cost structures and seasonal tables that readers fill with their own quotes and dates. The magazine does not accept bookings, sell listings or publish business reviews, and its editorial and commercial rules are public in the editorial policy and the sponsored content policy.
